 11:00 am -12:30 Refresher Class/Beginner Class for students who have NOT attended over the summer & new students

Please note:  Classes may be changed – if you have been away – please call to confirm class times.

Yoga Etiquette:

  • Be punctual – the classes start on time.
  • If you have a recent injury/condition – please let your teacher know.
  • Be aware that yoga is a quiet practice and other students need to focus.
  • Try not to arrive with a full stomach – allow at least 2 hours after eating.
  • Know your natural limits.  Practice safely and with common sense.
  • Come to class with an open mind, ready to learn.
