Classes & Workshops

Introductory Classes: – 6 classes (1 hr. 30 mins. each) – $70.00 or – 3 classes (1 hr. 30 mins. each) $35.00  Standing poses, forward extensions, sitting poses, twists and relaxing poses using props.  Registration required.

Level 1 Classes – 6 classes (1 hr. 30 mins. each) – $70.00  Standing poses, sitting poses, forward extensions, beginning backbends, twists, and some inversions (shoulder stand), with prop support, and restorative poses.

Level 2 Classes – 6 classes (1 hr. 30 mins. each) – $70.00  Standing poses including standing twists, forward extensions, backbends, sitting poses, sitting twists, inversions (shoulder stand and headstand), and restorative poses.

Level 2/3 Classes – 6 classes (2 hrs. each) – $70.00  Standing poses including standing twists, forward extensions, backbends, sitting twists, inversions (shoulder stand, headstand and arm balancing), and restorative poses, plus one-half hour of Pranayama (breathing techniques).

Single Class (all Levels) $15.00.
Private Class $70.00 (1 hr. 30 mins.)


Workshops

Throughout the year Hilary teaches several workshops to those students who are currently studying and practicing Iyengar yoga.

January 2019
• New Year’s Day Retreat (yoga-pranayama-meditation – 3 hours) – FREE!  10:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. must be registered to attend

• 6-Day Sadhana – May 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, June 1 – two sessions daily either 10:00-11:30 am, OR 6:00-7:30 pm – students attend the same time each day, please register with Hilary
